PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Polycem is a high-performance, polymer-modified coating designed for long-lasting waterproofing and weatherproofing of concrete tiles and building surfaces. It is formulated using high-grade elastomeric polymer emulsions and 1500-mesh ultra-fine calcium carbonates to ensure exceptional adhesion, flexibility, and durability. Developed with near-nano grade chemical consistency, Polycem provides professional-grade protection while maintaining cost efficiency.

APPLICATION METHOD
- Surface Prep: Ensure surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, or grease.
- Primer (if needed): Apply diluted Polycem (1:1 with water) for better grip on very porous surfaces.
- Coating:
Double Coat: Apply first coat. Let dry. Then apply second coat at 90° angle to the first.
Four Coat + Jute: Apply first coat. Lay jute fabric. Apply second coat over it. Let dry. Then apply third and fourth coats.
- Curing: Protect from rain and excessive dust for at least 24 hours.
