Double glazed windows were introduced with inset of four feet to avoid direct sun. The top story walls and roof has been applied with glass wool with tin sheets. This whole structure offers a clear 65% energy saving in shape of electricity bills.

Hotel d’Gates Lahore
Hotel d’Gates and its interior has been designed keeping the philosophy reflect the fine combination
of traditional motifs with contemporary modern style Hotel designing demands special efforts
for designing the articulating spaces such as drive way, main entrance lobby, concierge,
coffee shop, escalators, dining halls, hotel rooms and enticing view of the swimming pool
with BBQ terraces having not compromised with privacies of the customers and yet giving them
enough liberty to gossip at the coffee shop and exchange views while enjoying at their feast.
Meeting halls and seminar halls at the same time is a testing job to place in the best areas
where no one crosses the activities going on.
Along with the intricacies of the spaces interior has been dealt with a diversified materials
used for the first time in Pakistan like “Pumice Granite” with a classy touch of bas relief
on the walls with designed postmodern touch in the rectangles and squarish patterns.
The challenge of the Exquistite look interiors was meted out with a traditional motifs
of terracotta tiles by “Michu Salahuddin Khan” on the main entrance glass doors for the
first time in Lahore’s Architecture.
The Hotel has one hundred rooms up to its tenth floor and a revolving restuarant at the
eleventh floor with a majestic look of Gaddafi Stadium and Panorama of Lahore.

Pharmacology Department
Sharif Medical City Jati Umra Lahore
Energy Efficient Auditorium Hall In The Department of Pharmacology
Sharif Medical City Jati Umra Lahore
We take no hesitation to state that since the inception of Pakistan, a desperate need has arisen for such a bulding system, which is not only cost-effective but also heat resistant (sustainable) by exploiting indigenous materials.
Efforts have been made in this direction in the past, but little proved worthwhile. Most housing systems adopted so far in our country were either imported, which were expensive and did not match to our socio economic structure or were
designed using conventional materials like bricks, concrete, cement and sand which proved to be failure when it came to withstand the temperature extremities of our region.

Where Fine Finishing Meets Energy Efficiency And Sustainability (Gypsocrete Penaling)
This project is a testament to how innovation in materials and a sharp eye for design can come together to create spaces that are both elegant and efficient.
Step inside our newly completed lobby—a space that speaks volumes through its sophisticated design, clean lines, and refined finishing. Every detail has been carefully considered, not just for aesthetic impact, but for sustainability and smart energy use as well.
As we strive to build smarter and greener, this lobby showcases how form and function can go hand-in-hand. Here’s how we achieved both an impressive look and long-term energy efficiency.
From the flooring to the ceiling, the finishing is flawless and modern, setting the tone for the entire building. Pre-fabricated solutions and high-quality materials ensure a clean, precise finish that elevates the space while minimizing construction waste and on-site disruption.
