Gypsum based interlocking wall block panels have been developed keeping in view the energy efficiency and to cut the time consuming slow conventional methods of 9″x4 1/2″x3″ brick construction. The conventional system poses more disturbance on site in shpae of breakage, laying of electrical conduits, plastering /re-plastering etc. Gypsocrete prefab wall block system offers you a very short period of time of completion and gives a high quality of finnishes and heat insulation. It gives 10 times as much heat insulation (.16/mc) as compared to concrete walls. Two inch dia perforations in this block system facilitates the wiring system as conduits. Corner holes of the blocks placed in a row in English Bonding style may be grouted to making the wall stronger and monolithic. The system also makes the wall junctions possible at every 4 1/2″ multiples.
